I quickly contacted several electricians from Angie's list and only heard back from two of them. Both were pleasant and helpful. One could not get to me for about 7-9 days. He obtained the necessary part from Lowe's and was back in a flash to remove the old housing and install the new one. He was on time, pleasant and did a good job.  He came same day as called which was wonderful so Mom would not be in the dark for long. and  power to whole house was out.
