  From the very first meeting to the last inspection, this was an absolutely amazing experience. I did not have to do anything at all except choose the shingles that we wanted. Total Home Roofing took care of every detail from permits to final inspection. When you need to protect the largest investment in your life, you need it to be done right the first time. From removal of the old roof, replacement of the rotten boards, installation of the new BEAUTIFUL roof, all soffits and seamless gutters, as well as clean up, our home looks like a new home. The work crews were absolutely professional and worked quickly and extremely hard. Everything was cleaned up even better than the way it was before the project began. The gutter and soffit man was an artist. He fashioned the difficult corners and fittings on our home like a surgeon making a repair without leaving a scar. Every piece of soffit and fascia was covered with the precision of a custom fitted dress pattern. I cannot say enough about this amazing company.   My husband Bill and I are extremely pleased with the service and quality of products we received from Creative Remodeling of Orlando when renovating our home. Our home was built in 1979 and we were constantly replacing the wood panels due to cracking and rotting wood. Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. We live in Port Orange, FL and the city is known to have tough inspections. We would hire Brian and his team again in a heartbeat and have already referred his company to people who have commented that our house looks so nice.   We are extremely pleased with the job done by Creative Remodeling of Orlando! We had a few estimates for vinyl siding done and really wanted to see how the pricing of the Hardie Board compared since it's a better quality product and looks SO much better. On the Hardie website we found the referral for CRO and called for an estimate. Mark came out and was very patient in spending all the time we needed to get our many questions answered. He came a second time to go over even more details and we did not feel rushed. We were pleased to learn that they also did windows and decided to do that at the same time. What a pleasure to have just ONE company do all the scheduling and planning. The windows are great and went in easier and quicker than I thought they would. They are a 100% improvement from the original single hung, builder grade we had. The guys who did the windows and siding were always prompt and professional. If we had a question, they quickly got an answer. (A great upside to working with a small company!) The owner, Mark, either came by the job or called daily to make sure all was going well. We found the small difference in price of the Hardieboard to be WELL worth the improvement in the look of the house!!!
