Joel and Will are electrician superstars in my humble opinion. They worked efficiently to install a light fixture in our entryway and to check out our electrical circuits. We're very pleased with the service they provided and they also showed themselves to be really nice people that we were happy to have in our home. Also, the lady who sets up appointments, Tracy I believe, is an absolute sweetheart who treats customers like they're the most important people in the world. Their service fees are more than reasonable. We won't use anyone else for electrical issues.

EXCELLENT! I received a timely quote which accurately summarized the work I needed. The office manager Tricia phoned to discuss times and options for scheduling. Once scheduled, Justin and Will arrived on time and efficiently completed the job. Their work area was kept very clean and they respected our home. We have a few other projects on our list that will require electrical work and I will absolutely be calling Atlantic Electric LLC again. I also like that they are a local, small business in my community. Thank you!

From the first contact to the technician (Steven), everything was outstanding. Hired to move a few outlets in a kitchen we were fixing up. An hour before the scheduled time, Steven called to let us know that he had finished earlier in his previous stop and he could arrive at our home within 20 mins. When he arrived, I explained what we needed done and he quickly got to work. After he was done, he even cleaned up after himself. Wonderful, professional service. They will be our go-to electrical company from now on.

These guys were fantastic! I had three pendant lights installed over our kitchen bar area. Joel arrived on time and got right to work. It involved running wires in the attic to the breaker box, installing wiring boxes in the ceiling and hanging the lights. Joel was very professional and kept the mess to a minimum. The lights turned out great and look like they came with the house!

Everything went well. From the phone contacts to the service technician, everyone was courteous, helpful and professional. After explaining what I needed to have done, a date and time for the job was established. The electrician, Joel, called to let me know he was on his way, as planned. I had already purchased some of the items needed for the job so he went to work on the projects. Joel did an excellent job and I was impressed with his ability to correct some of the wiring issues he faced. A very pleasant young man, I will definitely call again for my next electrical jobs.

An answering machine answered my call during business hours stating "if you've called during business hours we are assisting other customers and will call you back in the order in which your call was received". OK- sounds reasonable. However- no call back. Called again next day, leaving succinct message with name & phone number, repeating each, both days. No call back. Called another company the following day and had the work done.

"We apologize for your experience with us although its not the normal as we have been down a couple of guys in the field and in the office due to the bug thats going around. With that said, its no excuse for not returning your call as we must have lost the messages during that time and we do apologize for that and hope that you would try us again in the future should you have any electrical needs as we take pride in our work/company and our techs are very knowledgeable in their field and courteous to customers with any special requests or concerns they might have.
