"I called Ron from Certified Plumbing and he came out to our condo to assess the job and give an estimate on replacing our old 22 year old 40 gallon Rheem hot water heater. We accepted the estimate and he called the next week after obtaining a permit and came that Thursday. He called when he was here and started draining the tank. His assistant, Joe, came and they went to work removing the old tank and a prefilter to an existing whole condo water filter. Then they installed the new Rheem 50 gallon tank Ron recommended. It was a tight fit, but Ron made it work. They put in new plumbing and Ron even installed new on/off valves to the water filter. Ron is very knowledgeable and friendly and professional and helpful. We are very happy with Ron’s work and will definitely recommend him and use him in the future."

"Joe's work was great !! Very professional. Any problem he ran into, he let me know right away to decide what I wanted. Overall a gentleman who knows his work. His workmanship is great quality. He was very knowledgable in his proffession. His estimate for the work I thought was very fair and better than some other estimates I received. He was prompt and on schedule. We needed to make arrangements for him to come another day to replace a part he did not have in stock. He came on the day he told me and called before to let me know when. When his work was completed each time the room he worked in was cleaned up nicely. He took my old fixtures for an extremely good price to get rid of them for me. His total cost for the project came in under his estimate. I am very pleased with the work he performed for me and I would definatly hire him again in the future for any jobs I need done that he does, even if not plumbing. I am very happy with his work and I will be using him in the future."

I also appreciated the fact that once he quoted me a price, he did not change it during our conversation. It was a little before 2:00 p.m. on 1/22/19 when we spoke. Manners in our society today is almost as extinct as the dinosaurs! He focused on what he was doing and did not waste time or goof off. It was nothing short of a miracle to actually have a professional come to my house for a project and not stay on their cell phones 80% of the time on personal calls.
