I had both outdoor and indoor electrical panels replaced due to old age. The team at In Phase Electric did a fantastic job! Keylin and the owners son Evan were prompt and timely with their arrival. The work was done very professional and extremely neat. They treated my property as if it were theirs. There was not a smudge on the walls, no dings or no dents on the dry wall, the outside stucco was trimmed for an exact fit for the outside panel, the inside dry wall was trimmed to an exact fit for the inside panel. The wire routing in the panels was superb. It was very neat and orderly. Following the work I had the county inspector perform his inspection and he commented on how professional the work was done. The following day I had a 4 pint inspection performed and that inspector also commented on how professional the work was done. I have OCD and my expectations are always very high. The panel replacement exceeded my expectations.

The electrician and his helper were on time and professionally completed the seven jobs I had accrued - six new outlets and a whole house surge protector. I have used In Phaze previously and and recommend them for residential electrical work.

Excellent phone service, easy to setup an appointment... Josh was sent out for the job and he called & texted before he showed up. There is also a tracker to locate Josh and see the approximate time of arrival. He explained the problem & the fixes in simple terms so I could understand it. We recently contracted In Phaze to upgrade the exterior electrical boxes (bringing them up to code) and install an EV charging system on our seventy-five-year-old house. The technicians, Victor and Andreas, were exemplary in their professionalism. They were prompt, personable, and made productive use of every minute of their time on the job, minimizing our time without electricity. Victor and Andreas’s work was neat and clean, much to our satisfaction, as well as to the power company representative and the city inspectors' satisfaction. In Phaze, made it easy for us as they pulled the permit and worked with OUC to shut off and turn the electricity back on. Jancy in the office did it all, which is helpful for customers working full-time. In Phaze is now our go-to source for all our future electrical needs.

Victor, my tech, was professional, efficient, pleasant and informative. He replaced a pendant light, ceiling fan, and upgraded switches and outlets. He went out of his way to do the job correctly. After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first. Grant came out for the quote and was project lead. Decent size project to upgrade electric service from OUC and get power to my new shop and RV storage. Tony and Janzie were great in the office with scheduling and permits. Very professional installation! Grant and his team showed up on time, let us know when they arrived and when they were leaving. Always kept us in the loop. Will always use In Phase going forward.

In Phaze Electric came by my house to replace a severely damaged main breaker panel outside my home. Victor arrived to my house promptly and on time to access the damage and to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to replace the breaker panel. On the day Victor was schedule to come to my house to replace the breaker, he arrived on time and went straight to work. He was very respectable and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The completed job was professionally done and Victor nicely cleaned up the area after wards. Before leaving, Victor and I discussed any questions or concerns. They were very resourceful in securing the work permit, which took a long time, and they managed my expectations well. The service technician, Evan, arrived on time and was very detailed with the installation, including seeing that all visible installed parts were plumb and applying caulking where needed. In Phaze was one of vendors I sought for an estimate to upgrade our electrical panel, outlets, and add dimmable lighting into our living room. They got our business because Tony, the CEO, was the one that came out to assess our needs and provide the initial estimate instead of a sales associate. In my experience the person with the final authority is best positioned to give a firm and encompassing estimate. Tony provided a more realistic and manageable cost than other vendors. IMO he came across as relatable, understood my needs and concerns, and didn't upsell. He also arrived at our appointment ON TIME...a big deal for me as that sets the tone for reliability. On the day of our install, I received notification an hour ahead of the arrival of the lead electrician, Grant. I appreciated this. Grant arrived with 2 apprentices, Alex and Chris. On arrival, Grant presented as courteous and professional. We discussed the plan for that day's install. He directed the apprentices on their given tasks. Cudos and appreciation to both Alex and Chris for their patience and courtesy as they had to manage their tasks with a micromanaging owner, my mother. I can't forget Manny, our 2nd electrician, as he was a pro as well. As with all projects, they ran across hiccups, but were efficient and worked through the troubleshoots as they occurred. Focus on Grant as the lead electrician on my project. I was impressed with his leadership, patience, and mentorship towards his apprentices. He relayed clear direction, sought their "opinions" and encouraged their input, but was the final decision maker. I was especially grateful that Grant oversaw the measurement and spacing for the new living room overhead lights as the measurement was crucial to ensure that no mistakes were made cutting into the ceiling. He ensured that the crew cleaned as they went along. He also did a final walk through with me. We're happy that we chose In Phaze and more than highly recommend them. They will be my first call for other electrical needs in the future!
