In Phaze Electric rewired my house and installed fixtures for my washer and dryer. Not only was the price fair, but the materials were also great quality. However, it is In Phaze’s outstanding customer service that stands high above the rest. Ozzy and Kevin were knowledgeable and fast, and the way they accommodated our schedules was very courteous. They were personable and had great senses of humor, and when it came to installation, they were the epitome of seasoned, professional experts. I had a Breaker panel that needed replacement asap since I had an obsolete breaker tripping my heat to stop. This was during the coldest few days we were having. Being a senior, this was very uncomfortable. Tony gave me a bid, which I approved, and Jancey set my appointment for the next morning, on Sunday 1/15. I was assured that this 6-8 hour job would start at 9am. I received a confirmation of the time 9-11am. At 11 I tried to reach someone and left a message. Much later in the day I called again and left a message telling them I was dumbfounded that no one called or showed up. I was left in a very cold home and no apology or explanation of why I was being "ghosted". I have used them 2 other times with no problems at the time. I just found out that the surge protector they installed in 2017 were installed incorrectly. It was also an Angie's List special. Also, in researching someone else to come and do this job I found out it is illegal to replace a breaker panel without pulling a permit. Since it was a weekend. They never even had the decency to apologize.

Customer service was great, as well as the actual work done. They were very knowledgeable about electricity. I will definitely call them again for any electrical work I need done.

Tony was engaging and gave me the feelings In Phaze was the way to go. Why? His prices were reasonable, gave a warranty and was actually begging you to check the company reviews etc. Made me felt comfortable and confident. After signing the contract Montecito the electrician arrived on time as was promised. He was polite, respectable , most of all knowledgeable. He completed all the work in about 5-6 hours. Double checked to ensure everything was okay before I signed off. If you need electrical work done, you wouldn't regret Go "in Phaze"!

Went well. They showed up and worked through the day until the project was completed. As far as a review I am very happy with the work. Modesto came over, we talked about what I requested to be done, what needed to be done, and what was now required (New Codes) to be done. I guess the easiest way to say how comfortable, and secure I felt about their work would be to say; I talk about them (In Phaze) and the work they performed, and have no problem with giving out their phone number or business card. And yes I have a few spares to give out, and I have given them out.
