Excellent phone service, easy to setup an appointment... Josh was sent out for the job and he called & texted before he showed up. There is also a tracker to locate Josh and see the approximate time of arrival. He explained the problem & the fixes in simple terms so I could understand it. He went over pricing for it and it was very reasonable. He checked everything before leaving and made sure my mind was at ease. Thank you Josh, we appreciate your Great Customer Service !!! Pat A

The electrician Keylin was very professional and helpful. Did a great job for my EV charger outlet installation. Janzie in their office was super helpful with the permitting process and very responsive. Highly recommend.

They were very professional and friendly, and explained everything clearly. My only suggestion is to ensure they come fully prepared to finish any drywall work. Many companies have to cut into walls to install wiring, so it's important they bring the necessary materials—like spackling or patch kits—to properly restore the wall afterward. Leaving that part unfinished and up to the customer can be frustrating, especially for women homeowners who value a complete, clean finish. Other than that, I was very satisfied with their work ethic and the timeliness of the project.
