We called In Phaze and spoke to the manage/owner and he personally came out to inspect the panel and agreed to replace the panel for what we needed at no additional cost. In Phaze honored the warranty even though it was past a year and they took great care in resolving all issues in a quick and professional manner."

If you're looking for bad service, this is the perfect company. They take no responsibility for poorly done work, even though the contractors are part of their network.
