The other (Phaze Electric) had me on their schedule the next day. Jerome showed up early and quickly assessed what was needed. He obtained the necessary part from Lowe's and was back in a flash to remove the old housing and install the new one. I also used Phaze Electric a couple of years ago to hang ceiling fans on my back porch and they did an excellent job then, too. We agreed on a time and he was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem that two other electric companies failed to diagnose and repaired it in less than an hour. He asked if there were any other needs and we agreed to replace a sub-panel box to the pool equipment.
