"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

"Csaba was here right on time, and he and his assistant were very professional. We hardly knew they were here! We had a new air handler and outside unit installed, and it went perfectly. No high-pressure sales tactics, no surprises, no hidden fees. Just excellent service. I have already recommended them to family, friends, and colleagues, and I will continue to do so. I can't say enough about how pleasant this experience was. What could have been stressful was painless. We were up and running in no time.

This latest plumbing issue being the third time these guys have come out => I have absolutely nothing but superlatives to say about Enoch Air, Electric & Plumbing.
