"It went  great. Bill the owner always make sure that everything is done correctly. He can figure out anything. This was a month long project because of demolition and then reinstall. He  and his employees did there best to make things comfortable for us. One employee showed up on the day after thanksgiving even though he had the day off to fix something for us. Additionally, I had one other estimate on this job. It was a ridicuoulous price. Preferred has alway been honest and fair.  Plus I recommended him to two of my friends and they were very happy.

Only charge was the service call which I felt was reasonable and said if the plumber determined it wasn’t a water line leak they would return without an additional service charge.
