He told me what the problem was, and told me the best solution would be new toilets. It would have been as expensive to auger the crank toilets. He told me how much it would be if he were to do it, and, since I have replaced toilets in the past I told him I could do it myself. He agreed that would be the quickest and cheapest solution.
