"They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues. Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning. Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas. Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."

"It's about 2700 square feet all together of carpeting, wood flooring, and tile in the bathroom. They are always easy to schedule with. I have moved this appointment a couple of times. They show up when they are suppose to show up. They estimate very well as to how long they will be there. They give me an estimate upfront. They come in and measure all at once and stick to what their estimate is.
The carpet feels clean when they are done. It is damp and has to dry. When it dries, it doesn't feel like there is soap on it. I found them originally from an advertisement on the radio. I have used them for years and years. I shopped around and they did a really good job, so I stuck with them."

Owner Matthew and his teammate Alex did a nice getting all the dirt and an unbelievable amount of dog hair out of our carpets - he even professionally cleaned our vacuum cleaner! We will use them again - Matthew communicated well before and during the cleaning and the price was right considering how bad our place had gotten."
