"we just had issues with the sump pump not working correctly after the new one was installed, we called the company and they came back a couple of times until it was fixed. the only issue I have is that it should work the first time and it should be a quality sump pump for 850.00. However it works now, but my son said the new parts are not 5 star quality. I don't know, all I know is its working, I guess ask me in a couple of years. but it works now."

Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job.
