Communication was a little rough with the field, but communication with the office was very responsive. Considering the extent of the work and the constraints within which they had to work, there was remarkably little collateral damage done. Unfortunately I was not able to witness the work before it was covered up and so I cannot comment on the quality of the installation, but can say that the company did a good job protecting the surrounding landscaped areas and seemed contentious and thoughtful in their approach to the work. Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. Because of Keith I was able to call the gas company and they came out within the hour to address the problem. I highly recommend Keith to anyone needing services.
