Despite the roof being installed a few years back by a different roofing company, Nick Davies of GreenPoint Roofing came out and inspected the damaged areas and the rest of the roof. He found that only the missing shingle areas were affected and no other damage to the roof existed. A GreenPoint roof repair person came out and repaired the damaged areas and re-inspected the entire roof confirming that there was no further damage to the roof of any kind. The workers cleaned everything up before leaving and the gutter guys replaced my gutters to my satisfaction. (they even came back and extended a gutter that I wanted) My roof past inspection with out and issues. "Overall, end product is good. There are different crews and managers for roof, siding and gutters. My fence was damaged during work. After each crew finished finger pointing, they repaired it. Paid cash but was billed by their finance company Greensky even though I was not supposed to make any payments until work was done and I was completely satisfied. After multiple phone calls spanning about 4 months, billing nightmare resolved no thanks to Power Home remodeling."
