"My experience with Clean Air Genie was great. They were professional and knowledgeable explaining everything to me clearly and provided pictures and videos before and after the work was done. My air ducts were pretty bad (hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years) and they were able to get them very clean and sanitized. I appreciate that their prices were transparent and fair for the work. "The next heavy rain should show that the gutters and downspouts were cleaned properly. Tony also re-attached a piece of trim that had become loose. Did not waste time, was professional and friendly. They did NOT perform any of the choices listed under "What was the specific project." The inability to state "NO SPECIFIC PROJECT, JUST CLEANED GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS" IS A BIG FLAW IN YOUR RATING SYSTEM. The gutters really were not repaired and didn't require repairing."
