We had the opportunity to meet Jay Rol, as well as Cody on the HVAC team. Cody is always top notch. He has a great personality, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. It is always a joy to have Cody come and do work for us. I believe it's the 3rd time here, and every time it is Better and better. We also got to meet Jay Rol, who is a manager as well as a master plumber. He was able to cover a lot of our water quality questions and provide additional solutions to resolve our concerns. Matt, a plumbing tech, came to fix a water pipe, and did a great job. We are very pleased and highly recommend Lion Home Services for all your home maintenance needs. We've been using them for multiple years now and will not go anywhere else. Not only do they provide an array of services, but they do those services at the highest level. So if you need any work done on your home, don't wait, and call them. You will be glad you did. John L

Extremely satisfied with the work undertaken by Lion -- replaced an old A/C unit inside the house with a new one; replaced generator outside, including strengthening the ground on which it was placed. Work was well done, employess very cooperative and very good at explaining. Would highly recommend them.

Josh Scott from Lion Services, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed are issues quickly and provided excellent service.

Had a text saying service was on his way. Day before was told by text, that would mean within 45 minutes. After 2 1/2 hrs later called Lion service number to ask where rep was and the AI Operator - very irritating to "Talk" to a machine - said rep was on the way and be there shortly. So finally after almost 3 hrs the rep arrived who was also different than the one the first text stated "Was on his way". Was AC Tune-up so no idea if work is satisfactory or not. Was then "UP-Sold" service recommendations that I thought was covered by our service agreement - cleaning the AC Coils completely (both sides I guess), filter for humidifier and an over-flow preventer/detector for the reservoir well that may get too full if the drain pipe that was installed with the new AC should become clogged. Nice technician who I am guessing is competent - his work truck had no Lion markings either which was a little disconcerting for a large company.

Daniel (DJ) was the Best. Showed me ways to improve my system and save me money. He was very polite and respectful. I have been using Lion Home Service for years and would highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please look at the YELP or BBB complaints, they are much more akin to what I experienced. They are certainly manipulating the Google reviews. I hired Lion to do a simple cleaning/certifying of our HVAC units as part of a sale. I was initially quoted $119, and I verified no less than 3 times with the customer service rep that the price would include cleaning and testing. When our tech showed up, he said we were misquoted and the charge for cleaning and testing would be about $450, as it was part of their "maintenance" package. They very reluctantly cut us a "deal" for just over $300. Not only was zero cleaning done, the tech did not perform a single action that could be classified as "maintenance." What we got was a diagnostic and estimate for repairs and replacement. I called to complain twice before someone finally got back to me. I was told that the tech didn't perform the cleaning because it may have damaged the unit, which was clearly a lie because the tec

A plumber came to our house to rebuild a leaking frost free outdoor faucet. He used the parts out of a similar faucet that cost approx. $55.00 at Lowes. He finished the job in a half hour. They charged us $491 dollars. So customers of this company should be aware that they are very expensive. The work was acceptable, but it was highly overpriced. Be aware of this when you hire them for a service.

Cody provided a service call for the annual inspection of our gas furnace and central AC unit. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Cody found some issues with the furnace and was able to make the repairs on site. Cody spent time going over all aspects of his inspection and answered any questions we had. He represents Lion Home Service well. We would not hesitate to recommend Lion to anyone who asked.

The work was done right and in a timely manner. The technician was professional, easy to talk with and cleaned up the area afterwards. I understand that hiring professionals that are licensed and trained should cost more. What are reasonable charges for work performed? For the amount of work done I thought it was a bit more than expected.

What great work, quick service/appointment and all at a fair price! I was also very impressed with Josh, he was informative, efficient, timely, and very amiable. Thank you, I no longer worry about my septic system. I definitely will contact Lion Home Service in the future.

My water heater stopped working. Lion's technician recommended replacement as the best solution. He put pressure on me to make decision. New heater was installed worth over $13,000, which I have to take loan for. After technician left, new heater stopped working also. I called an electrician to check the electric outlet that supply electricity to the heater. It did not work properly. He replaced it and the new heater started to work. In conclusion, I lost $13,000 unnecessary, as well as my previous nice heater that very likely was still working well. I am very sad for this loss. It hurts me financially.

The technician was very honest and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend the company.

The plumber, Joseph, was prompt, efficient, professional, and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and gave me some helpful advice for making the same problem easier to fix next time.

We were scammed by this company. Way overcharged, maybe because we live in Estes Park, maybe because we are old, maybe because they can. The service guy was fine.

Lion Home Service installed my gas boiler system 5 yrs ago and have been doing checks on it ever since. Yesterday Matthew G came out for a check and discovered a leak and high pressure in the expansion tank which will require a replacement. He was very knowledgable and very patient explaining things to me and answering my many questions about why a new expansion tank was necessary for a 5 yr old boiler, how the system works, how much the new tank and installation would be and many other issues. I will be requesting him to do the job soon although all of the plumbers from Lion Home Service that I've dealt with in the past have been professional, reliable and thorough so I know I can trust any of them to do an excellent job. Lion Home Service really takes care of their customers.

Lost heat in one zone. Don arrived the same day. He is absolutely the best. Quickly found the problem. Needed a new pump. Don picked it up the next morning and returned the next day installed it and completed the repair. Lion may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

As always, the techs were polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. I live in a hard to access mountain home, and knowing there's a resource for any contingency provides great peace of mind. As always, the problem I had occurred shortly after a snow storm. My emergency was their routine service. My highest recommendation.

This was a last minute repair right before a cold snap. They came up the same day we called and was very informative and professional.

Joseph came early to give me a quote to have a gas line added for a gas fireplace setup. He was quick and thorough. He showed me the cost and even offered to do the job the same day. I have used Lyon Home Services for multiple jobs on this house and every time I have been completely satisfied, not only with the work they do, but their promptness and communication.
