"Out of State Windcliff Estates vacant land owner contacted Dave for counsel and an appraisal to dispute the Larimore County Assessor's substantial blanket increase for all properties in the Windcliff Estates subdivision SW of Estes Park. Dave's knowledge, professionalism, and insight of the Estes Park real estate market and navigating the Larimore County Assessor's dispute process was instrumental to determine a reasonable market valuation for my property which facilitated a 40% reduction of the assessed valuation.
