Deven did a great job, removed the swamp cooler carefully and efficiently, cleaned up the job site, and installed an exhaust fan over the roof opening and sealed all the penetrations.

My furnace was overheating, and the first company I called said that a repair wasn’t feasible, suggesting instead that I install a new furnace for around $7,500. When I told them that wasn’t within my budget, I got another sales pitch. Feeling frustrated, a friend recommended Mechanical Diagnostics. I reached out to them and got scheduled immediately. Deven, the owner, came out, inspected the furnace, and provided a quote with multiple options, including a repair. I went with the repair and now have peace of mind. Deven was referred to me by a friend who had him do some work for her. Deven is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and is willing to go the extra mile. I called him before 8 am, he arrived an hour later as promised. He looked over the furnace and gave me options. He replaced a board and serviced the unit for a fair affordable price. Eventually the system will need replaced in the future and I will call Deven when it's time. He is not out to gouge you or upsell you. Honest and Affordable.

A couple weeks ago on a very cold night. I realized I felt cold. So I checked the thermostat and it read 56°. Realizing the heat was out, I called a few of the larger larger companies to help me out. After talking with their call services who could not guarantee me thier assistance anytime soon, I called for the first time Mechanical Diagnostics. I was now talking to an actual technician that was in town working at another client's home instead of some call service...who knows where. I told him my issue and he said he could help me out in about 1 hour. About. An hour later, he showed up and diagnosed my problem (blown fuse) in about 5 minutes. He looked over my entire heating system and repaired any issues instead of trying to charge me for new components. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to rip me off like many of the larger companies in this field have done to me before. Call on Mechanical Diagnostics and they will definitely treat you right.
