Was much more expensive than competitors and it had not been communicated early and therefore I really had to cover the cost. I had my drains snaked often at $100 - they charged $300.

I hired them to clear bathtub drain, and diagnose a water heater and put a cap on leak in kitchen, my issue the bathtub is still clogged and water heater is still not working. He had 14 day warranty but they will not honor it. They said they worked on sink, but I never asked them to work on sink.

I had a plugged up drain in my basement and they took care of it. I was very pleased not only at the work but their work ethic. They gave me a 4 hour window and they showed up at the beginning of it. I would use them again for sure.

I was appalled at the price of one electrician to come to our small apartment for one (long) day to install dimmers and 2 lighting fixtures that we had purchased. The original charge was $4500!! We complained and although they did not concede the charges were out of line they gave us a little rebate.
