The team arrived around 10:00 and took most of the day to complete the replacement. There is still some fine tuning to be done, but it is outside the scope of the project.

We have been using Plumbing Tree for all of our plumbing, air conditioning, & heating service since we found him 2 years ago. Kieth may not be the cheapest guy in town, but you get what you pay for. He knows what he's doing and makes sure it's actually fixed right. This time, I had him out to talk about a barhroom remodel I want to do, but ask him if he could replace a valve in my kitchen faucet "to make the trip worth his time". They didn't just see the faucet was leaking on top where I saw it but took time to check underneath and found leaking valves that were damaging the cupboard underneath and even a little into the flooring below. No question, the faucet needed replacement and new valves. I love my new faucet!

Initially I requested an estimate for a plumbing project already in progress with some challenges. Keith responded immediately to get details and schedule to come out to look at what was needed. He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. He and his team completed the work on time and were neat and professional and results were better than I expected. There was no damage at all to what was old tile. I subsequently had him assess an old water heater and decided to replace it. It had to go into a very small areas and be upgraded to code and he was able to solution the replacement to fit perfectly in the limited space. Previously on the project we had noticed a periodic odor of gas but no one had verified a source. Keith identified a leak in the area of the furnace right next to the water heater. We had decided to upgrade the furnace and AC and again Keith and his team were able to get an order in quickly, get the install done exactly as committed and fixed the gas leak in the process. Based on the quality of work performed in each case and the expertise of the team I hired Plumbing Tree again to assess an old furnace and AC at my primary residence. The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. I recommend Plumbing Tree for these services based on quality and reliability - also cost was competitive and the team they used had the expertise required. This is the second time we’ve contacted Plumbing Tree for Help! Basement drain backed up. As you can imagine we wanted to have to issue addressed ASAP! As in our first experience Keith stopped by within short order to access the situation. Turned out there was an issue in the pipeline out to the street! Keith had a crew out that afternoon to start digging to replace the line. Was very thankful our downtown was very short. The project was completed the area was cleaned up and back in order ready for the upcoming snow storm. I can’t recommended Plumbing Tree enough. Keith is trustworthy and always doing what he can to delight the customer!

My experience with Kieth Croft and Plumbing Tree was fantastic. I WOULD RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IN A HEARTBEAT! Sunday evening about 7:30 pm we came home to our house leaking water in the basement. It was leaking in from two sides of our house. Checked all the pipes, etc nothing was showing any issues. So frantically calling many plumbers with little hope they would come out at 8:30 on a Sunday evening Kieth answered his phone. He said "I know what the issue is" you text me your address and I will get dressed and be at your house in 15 minutes. Wow! Felt like I just won the lottery! :) As promised he was at my house in 15 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed the issue and turned off the water line at the street. Leaking water stopped shortly thereafter. Next day (Martin Luther King Holiday) Kieth had a crew at my house ready to work at 9:00 sharp. By 3 in the afternoon they had my broken water line fixed (replaced pipe was thick copper pipe) and all cleaned up just as if nothing had ever happened. Plumbing Tree will have my business forever because Kieth took the time and helped me when I needed help the most. The plumbers that I reached said they could make an appt for the next day! I couldn't wait for the next day! Who knows how much damage my home would of had?? I highly recommend the Plumbing Tree. Thank you Kieth for a job Well Done!

We hired Plumbing Tree to fix an improperly installed flange by the builders of the home. The quote from them was a little high, but calling around it was similar to other plumbers. The plumber agreed that the flange was not installed correctly (rotated 90 degrees) and the bolts were stripped. The first appointment was missed, I got a text message an hour before he was supposed to show up saying that he could no longer make it due to the current job going long. The next day, I got a text right before our installation time window that he would be late. The plumbers were professional and seemed to be doing a good job. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves well. The sink wasn't caulked as we want to touch up the paint first and he was very kind to actually leave us a tube of caulk and a rag for the job. After the job is done, there are two things that are bothering me. The first was that the flange (double flange to increase the height) was installed in the same 90 degree rotation as the initial one, so honestly I am a bit confused on this (the slots where you are supposed to put the bolts in every single manual on toilets are at the front and back instead of the side and the top and bottom slots were used on the sides instead). The toilet itself is slanted, not perpendicular from the wall (not by a huge amount, but it is noticeable). Since it is caulked down on our new floors, it is going to be permanently off square. Over all, I think they had a good attitude and the job that was quoted for 1 1/2 hours took 2 hours, so not bad there. We are saying we would not hire again due to the rotation of the flange, the inconvenience of rescheduling twice and that the toilet was installed a bit crooked.

The overall experience surpassed my expectations from the moment the communication began to the moment the job was completed. Kieth reached out shortly after I submitted my request for a quote. He was professional and polite throughout our entire conversation, and made sure to answer all my questions. The next morning Keith and his assistant arrived on time to temporarily fix the pipes so I can use the 2nd water heater in the meantime. Like Kieth, his assistant was very polite and professional. They both arrived the next morning on time to replace the broken unit. Kieth carefully brought the new heater to the basement and took the old one out for disposal. They worked efficiently to get the job done right and promptly; they left the area clean, and made sure there were no issues with the 2nd water heater. Plumbing Tree's price was very competitive compared to Lowes and Home Depot. For their quality of work, attention to detail, professionalism, politeness and the time they spent teaching me how to better care for my water heaters, I would highly recommend them to anyone without thinking it twice.

Keith was excellent from his first visit to explain what needed to be done on the kitchen drain. Afterwards, I requested a new water heater to be installed. Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. I also was extremely thankful to Keith this morning as he identified a gas leak that I otherwise would not have known about. Because of Keith I was able to call the gas company and they came out within the hour to address the problem. I highly recommend Keith to anyone needing services. I'm so impressed, contact was made in a short amount of time.the first response was do you have water, that was the kindest thing to ask. He was concerned that our main line had broken and we had to shut off the water. A genuine concern I really appreciate that. An estimate was given and a day and time to do our job was agreed upon. That morning, I received a phone call, they were on there way. Plastic was placed on my floors, and work began. The crew was very respectful and kind. It was an all day job, they ran a new water main from The meter to our house, it was a huge distance 262 feet. I was amazed at how quickly the team worked, cooperation between the team was quite professional. By the end of the day I had water, a new main line, and a super clean driveway. The crew was proud of there work, and they have good reason to be. A job well done. This is my go to plumber, my knights in shinning armor. I just can't rave enough. Thank you so much

Just wanted to give a shout out to Plumbing Tree. I was told and shown by Brothers Plumbing that my pressure regulator valve had died, so that the city pressure of 120 lbs. was coming into my house. (It should only be around 70 lbs.) Brothers wanted $823 to replace it. That seemed awfully high, so I checked around. Kieth from Plumbing Tree came in the very next day and did the job for $465, ALMOST HALF OFF. He was very quick, very courteous, and very professional. He was in and out in 40 minutes. Kieth came out multiple times to address the issues I had. Eventually I had him replace my old Furnace, water heater and AC, in addition he cleaned several drains as well. He explained in detail how the project would be competed as well as a time line. He not only finished sooner than expected but did a phenomenal job, he left the work area cleaner than what I had it. I would highly recommend Plumbing Tree for any home services, Even with current circumstances of money being tight I did get multiple other bids and Plumbing Tree was more than fair!
