We started in 1978 and have moved more than 85,000 pianos and keyboards since then. We move throughout Colorado and even bordering states. The office is open Monday through Saturday. We move Tuesday through Saturday, and usually need at least 2 or 3 days notice to schedule a move. For payment we accept checks, cash, or Visa and MC. "Worst moving experience I have ever had! I was in the hospital for an organ transplant, but my lease was ending and i had to move. I contacted Square Cow and they were GREAT on the phone. I explained that I needed my entire house packed up and moved on a precise day. They said that was no problem and they would take special care given the fact that I was hospitalized. 2 days before the scheduled move, they call my wife and tell her that they have a scheduling problem and they are coming THAT DAY. She explains that she isn't ready for them and they tell here that if they can't come that day, the deal is off. It is too late to schedule anyone else, so we have to let them come and start packing. They arrive, and right when one of the packers comes through our door he yells, "Aw F* C& no!" which did not give my wife much confidence. She called the company to talk to them about this and was told once again, if you don't like it, call someone else. They threw everything in boxes with no regard for safety or fragile items. Most of my tools were stolen. So many things were broken, we almost couldn't count them all. Their breakage sheet allows for three items. We were told we could not create our own claim sheet beyond what theirs allowed for. We ended up losing $18,000 worth of our stuff to theft and breakage and were told that's too bad. They did not put any boxes in the rooms they were labeled for. 80% just got stuck in the garage. My wife was left to move them into the house by herself. I cannot warn you enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are terrible and they realize that they are in control if you absolutely have to move on a certain day. They completely took advantage of us and stole so many of our valuables. STAY AWAY!!!"

"They arrived promptly and carefully loaded the piano and bench. Then they drove to the new location, unloaded everything carefully, and set up the piano. They had to move the piano through a narrow door on the way, but did this successfully and with no damage. Then after the piano had settled down I had them come back and tune it. This was done meticulously and the piano sounds good. I paid $125 for moving and $125 for tuning."

"While the move itself was ok and the team that moved my items were friendly and very hard working, the post move close out has been terrible. There were a few items damaged and missing after the move was complete. I'm not surprised or upset by this, it happens, but after filing a claim through their system and contacting the Claims Representative, Larrisa Lord, numerous times via phone and email, I've had no resolution. Unless they actually answer their phone, which is extremely rare, all attempts at contact have been ignored. Last I heard, over two months ago now, my claim was pending approval for compensation for my lost and damaged items. Since then nothing and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone or by email. I do not recommend Amazing Moves and my realtor has removed them from his company's recommended list."
