Joe found nothing wrong with the pump. A switch was turned off that should have been on and the outside drainpipe was frozen solid. We had not thought of the drainpipe as we knew the water pumped out a few days before as snow was melting. An unusually long cold spell caused freezing and pitch of the pipe was wrong at the end of the pipe. Joe was very knowledgeable and honest.
