"I had a great experience with Western Rooter. Vinny and his team were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with a leaking vertical sewer pipe, which was located behind a wall. The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the work, they found some additional holes in a connecting pipe. Instead of trying to upcharge for the additional work, they completed the additional repairs at no cost to me because they wanted to make sure they finished the job in its entirety and leave me with a functioning pipe system. They are very honest and really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly, even though it took them several extra days to complete it. I would highly recommend Western Rooter for any plumbing needs."

"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem. No pressure to hire them or spend big $$, just good advice. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended- this is real service!"
