"This was a difficult project, owing to the no-cripple-wall construction of my house and the ridiculously tight crawl space - less than a foot in critical spots - plus the maze of beams and ducts. Mr. Rooter had been willing to negotiate and I knocked about $650 off their initial bid. They took another $200 off at the back end because of my concern with overbilling. They didn't have to do that since they had a signed contract in hand, but they were willing to take care of a customer. Thumbs up for that. The work looks solid, as far as this layman can tell. Everything drains as it should and none of the joints leak."

"Tavo and Dany O did an excellent job clearing our clogged kitchen sink. . They were able to clear the drain what another plumbing service could not do 6 weeks ago. The camera head used to inspect the drain was flexible enough to get around tight corners. The other plumber was only able to get 15 ft. max. I witnessed the camera inspecting 67 ft of drain pipe that was clean of all the debris. In hindsight, we should have cleaned our drain every 2 yrs after our kitchen was remodeled 8 yrs ago. "I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite.
