After two weeks and a lot of money spent, they diagnosed it as a collapsed pipe and were going to have to jackhammer my floor and dig to fix it. I called Zoom Drain and they came out the next morning with the right equipment. They used a hydro jet with 3,000 psi and were able to unclog my pipe that was NOT broken but apparently just had a nasty clog due to scaling. "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price.
