"I had a great experience with Western Rooter. Vinny and his team were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with a leaking vertical sewer pipe, which was located behind a wall. The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the work, they found some additional holes in a connecting pipe. Instead of trying to upcharge for the additional work, they completed the additional repairs at no cost to me because they wanted to make sure they finished the job in its entirety and leave me with a functioning pipe system. They are very honest and really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly, even though it took them several extra days to complete it. "This was a difficult project, owing to the no-cripple-wall construction of my house and the ridiculously tight crawl space - less than a foot in critical spots - plus the maze of beams and ducts. I called six or seven plumbers to come out and bid the work and two of them ran screaming (well, not really, they just told me they needed to work up an estimate 'back at the office' and never called back). One guy swore I'd have to rip out a wall AND the floor to get to the pipe. Mr. Rooter didn't propose anything so dramatic. They just said they'd excavate as needed to make room to move around. So that's what they did. They billed it as a two-day job. They showed up on time, and the work was wrapped up by the third hour of the second day. Because that, I was concerned this job had been overbilled. Their bid had been astronomical, but it was still lower than everyone's except the guy with the lapsed bond. Mr. Rooter had been willing to negotiate and I knocked about $650 off their initial bid. They took another $200 off at the back end because of my concern with overbilling. They didn't have to do that since they had a signed contract in hand, but they were willing to take care of a customer. Thumbs up for that. The work looks solid, as far as this layman can tell. Everything drains as it should and none of the joints leak."

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. "Anthony has done a wonderful job replacing my bathtub pipes at an extremely great low price. I highly recommend Rotor ER & Plumbing Inc. I panicked because I saw water on my downstairs ceiling because my bathtub upstairs was leaking showing the rectangular water print on my downstairs ceiling. I quickly called ER & Plumbing Inc. and Anthony came out immediately (same day witihin 30 min) and quickly assessed the problem. The pipes under the tub had a huge leak on a fairly new home (6 yrs old). The pipes were to large for the area under the tub which caused the pipes to crack. I am disabled and needed to soak my fractured back. Anthony showed up the next day with new pipes and all of his equipment and fixed the pipes the same day. Wonderful job and at a reasonable price.
