"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

I panicked because I saw water on my downstairs ceiling because my bathtub upstairs was leaking showing the rectangular water print on my downstairs ceiling. "Mario is a professional in irrigation systems and I learned a lot just from listening to him. He has quite and extensive knowledge about sprinkler systems, water flow rates, etc. What I thought was a leak at one of my sprinkler heads turned out to be much more. There was no leak at that head, however, Mario knew enough to shut off the rest of the heads. Sure enough the lead was back by the patio, coming from one of the old cheap pvc pipes that break and crack easy. If he didn't know how to find and properly repair that leak, I probably would have spent back breaking hours look for it and never finding it. I will be inviting him back in the future to assess the whole yard. I can highly recommend Eco-organic Landscape Services."
