The leaking riser section pipe was underground only 6 inches and the entire excavation was about 18 in long x 6 in wide x 8 in deep approx, done by hand tool. He spent more time trying to upsell me a full length underground pipe replacement and trenching than talking about the repair at hand. When I toyed with the idea of a new line above ground without the excavation cost, he described the most absurd design of mounting the new line 3 feet off the ground to show me how ugly and indicated that is the regulation, which is not true. The line and certainly touch ground."

Roland and his crew were terrific, experienced, professionals. They did super clean soldering work and they packed up and kept the work site spotless. They were fast, efficient, and a good value. We said we wanted a low-maintenance, drought-resistant front yard, and he came up with a detailed, clearly labelled design that included a good selection of succulents and low-water plants including Mexican bird of paradise, yucca, agave, pink muhly grass, and aloe striatta. The ground consists of decomposed granite and decorative rock that provides a warm, golden brown effect, and to top it off, there's two segments low, horizontal slatt fence, painted white to go with the house, which makes a bit of privacy without sacrificing the feeling of openness. The drip-system they installed makes everything truly low maintenance. Nick's crew worked diligently and obviously took pride in everything they did, and everything went well with no problems or delays. Highly recommended. We can't wait to see the plants grow and bloom."
