"Sean, from Zoom Drain, was able to clear the blockage using a hydro jet machine. It cleared the line of black sludge that had settled over the years, narrowing the diameter of the pipe. Sean also sent a camera down the pipe after clearing it just to make sure there were no other blockages. Our sink is draining easily now and I would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone with drainage issues. Their service was prompt and on time and Sean followed all the covid safey guidlines while working at our house. He also cleaned up and sanitized the whole area afterwards - definitely 5 star service."

"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"This is THE company to use. I had an old 1907 wooden house sitting on a decaying brick foundation and needing a sister foundation installed and a complete seismic retrofit. Even during the bidding process, Brad from Alpha was extremely attentive without being assertive. I contacted four other companies although one I eliminated since they charged a fee for inspecting. The project went on somewhat longer than estimated due to permit changes and a short weather delay but was still finished in a timely way. My home is our family's largest asset and it is a great relief to now know it is sitting on a solid foundation. Once I had a clogged sewer line that somehow Don was able to accurately locate a broken pipe , in my front yard which he then dug a trench and replaced the pipe. Don has replaced my water heater, including replacing wood caused by water damage underneath the heater. I have had clogged sinks which he has cleared quickly at a very reasonable price.
