Did not flush all the drains from the downspouts. Damaged/ broke the connector to the drain that they did clear Overall pretty lousy job for $950

Technician was 30 minutes late for the first consultation after the window we were given. When I called back to reschedule it seemed like we weren?t in the system and the owner was rude upon speaking to him on the phone.

Alfonso was great. He explained the options before starting work, showed me the videos, and put everything back together cleanly when he was done. Professional and painless. Cost was reasonable.

I checked on Angi list and this was a recommended company. After asking for a quote I received a call on a Sunday for my water main pipe break . They sent out Rambo and Luis who went over everything with me including a cost. I hired them and they were outstanding from the work to their updates, explanations and friendliness. I highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing and both Rambo and Luis!

It's been over a week, and despite repeated requests, I have yet to receive an invoice--even though I have paid by credit card. Very weird. I own this property with another person and need to keep accurate records.

Dennis replaced our shut-off valves under the bathroom sink. He charged us $500.00 in 30 minutes. He charged us with an Arm and a leg. Bill Metzger plumbing used to be a great company, but not anymore because they have independent contractors who rent truck to make money. There are not family members. Many good reviews are phony or very old. Do not recommend. Take a look at the pictures . David S.

Plumbing technician, Jenri, worked for over two hours to eliminate a severely clogged bathroom toilet that my grandson had used for a waste basket. He was very good at his job handling my problem. After successfully clearing the drain he also took care to completely clean up the area. I would call Bill Metzger Plumbing again!
