I have used Drain Town Rooter 2 times in the past couple of years. Once again I needed the services of a really great plumber and Drain Town Rooter fit the bill. Randy Brewer came out to replace our whole house water system as well a a connection needed for our hot water recycling system. He always is professional, takes the next step and cleans up so it looks like he was never even here. I know I can trust Randy to help us decide what products are best for us and our use and not up sell us to something we do not need. I highly suggest Drain Town Rooter for any plumbing needs.

Hugo was great. Very efficient and the quality of work was extremely high. My kitchen sink plumbing looked amazing after Hugo was done. He also included a removal of a inoperable reverse osmosis water system during the replacement of the plumbing.

Had to do a complete repipe of a 2-story, 3 bathroom home. Lots of choices for this work in Orange County; my criteria for making a choice included high quality work and timeliness as well as plumbing prowess and cost. Drain Town Rooter has good documented performance on the internet and a competitive cost. They exceeded my expectations on all counts. The leaders on the work teams -- Jesse on the plumbing and Lino on the patching -- were exceptional.

They arrived on time and had all equipment ready. Knowledgeable about the area yard drains. Promptly started to work. It took several hours to complete. They cleaned up. There were no hidden fees. Price quoted was honored. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service.

Excellent customer service. Even got a text with the technicianâ s name and photo at arrival. Hugo, the technician, was great. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it - efficiently and effectively. My only small complaint is that I thought the service was somewhat expensive (a mini toilet rebuild if the internal parts was $250); however, I do think you get what you pay for when it comes to home improvement and repair. Would highly recommend, keeping in mind that you get what you paid for.
