Refinishing wood flooring in two of my rental units; and 3. Leveling the floor of my garage and then installing new oak flooring as I was converting the garage into an ADU. "I had gotten a bid from this company several years ago. When I called to get the work done- they remembered me- and used the same bid to do the work. I was under a very tight deadline - and they accommodated my time line- even over the 4th of July week-end. The guys who did the work spent a lot of time on each phase including draping plastic in doorways to block the dust. When it was all done- the tape did take off some paint around my kitchen area- but they did bring that to my attention- other than that- everything went really well. My wood floors look amazing. I wish I had done this years ago."
