They were super fast - both in material procurement (we were working on a very condensed timeline) and in installation (everything was done in 1.5 days). "I had gotten a bid from this company several years ago. When I called to get the work done- they remembered me- and used the same bid to do the work. I was under a very tight deadline - and they accommodated my time line- even over the 4th of July week-end. The guys who did the work spent a lot of time on each phase including draping plastic in doorways to block the dust. When it was all done- the tape did take off some paint around my kitchen area- but they did bring that to my attention- other than that- everything went really well. My wood floors look amazing. I wish I had done this years ago."

"Beau and his crew installed a new prefinished wood floor in my dining room, entry way, living room and family room. In a few short years, the floor is scratched, dented and floor boards are loose. We have contacted them more times than I can count. Most of the time there is never a call back or when an appointment is set a no show. This is not the way a business should be run. I would think twice about hiring them. I know I am in the minority, but truth is truth. UPDATE: Beau contacted us and his crew came out promptly completing all necessary repairs."
