I am writing this review out of sheer gratitude and happiness! Juan and his crew truly went above and beyond on the existing highly glossy, aged yellow floors. They managed to convert them into a modern, extra matte , almost blonde finish without sanding, merely removing the polished surface and buffing out scratches and marks, creating a flawless, stunning finish! I’m struggling to find words to express my joy and a fraction of the cost of all other quotes AND the next day before Labor Day, so much more, important to finish with job complete in a few hours!!!! I had a kitchen floor with 20 year old linoleum that had water damage on it. When the flooring was replaced after the leak, the wood subfloor beneath it was not repaired, and so it rotted away. It had become so soft I actually was able to push my finger through it at one point and make a hole through the linoleum on the floor and the wood below. I explained this to Juan who came to give me an estimate and he said it would be no problem to repair the floor. I also wanted to replace the old white linoleum with woodgrain vinyl plank flooring. He showed me some samples and we landed on one that I liked. He quoted me a very decent price for the kitchen, and later I decided to do the bathroom as well, so it would match the kitchen. The day of the installation, his crew arrived within five minutes of the time quoted. They were friendly fast and knowledgeable as they replaced the rotted wood and fixed some squeaks that were in the joists. They were careful and accurate in laying the new plank flooring in both the kitchen and the bathroom. After the job was done, I looked at it and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It makes the house look new again! Thanks again to Juan and his team of installers! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did an absolutely beautiful job! I couldn’t be happier with the final product (and I tend to be pretty picky about things)! If you are looking for a professional installation in which the company takes a great deal of care and pride in what they do, then this is the company to use!

He sent me a quote promptly and explained what could and couldn’t be done and why. On installation day, his crew was very professional, following the HOA rules and keeping the common areas very clean (and ensuring no neighbors complained). The work turned out looking great, I’m really impressed with their work ethic, workmanship, and responsiveness. Highly recommend!

Team was quick, professional and precise when repairing original 1911 hardwood floors after rug tape had caused much of an old rug to adhere to the flooring. I would recommend this team again!

I found Always improve flooring on Angi and am more than happy to add another 5star review. We wanted all our solid oak floors refinished and then have new oak floors added in two new additional rooms that were built. This required matching and blending in new wood with 40 year old wood in places. In stark contrast to the general contractor we hired, Juan was very courteous, professional and genuinely took pride in his work. He and his team worked very fast to finish everything in just a few days. He was proactive and checked in with me with any questions he had. I couldn't be happier with the new flooring.
