Refinishing wood flooring in two of my rental units; and 3. Leveling the floor of my garage and then installing new oak flooring as I was converting the garage into an ADU. Their workmanship was excellent. I am very happy with their work. Juan Hernandez, the owner, is very responsive. I found his pricing to be reasonable and he stuck with the quoted price. They were super fast - both in material procurement (we were working on a very condensed timeline) and in installation (everything was done in 1.5 days). "Beau and his crew installed a new prefinished wood floor in my dining room, entry way, living room and family room. In a few short years, the floor is scratched, dented and floor boards are loose. We have contacted them more times than I can count. Most of the time there is never a call back or when an appointment is set a no show. This is not the way a business should be run. I would think twice about hiring them. I know I am in the minority, but truth is truth. UPDATE: Beau contacted us and his crew came out promptly completing all necessary repairs."
