Juan was super responsive on the quote and had the lowest cost of the 3 quotes i got. Based on his positive reviews on the site i hired him and was super pleased with immediate availability and expedient work. They were doing the first finish on a new white oak hardwood floor for my home addition. Turned out great, color and appearance were just what we wanted. They did some follow up patch work on our existing wood floor to tie in some spots that were exposed as part of the remodel work and turned out great. We had a very good experience, planning to bring them back to refinish the existing floor in the future.

I hired Always Improve Flooring (Juan and his team) to refinish ~1,000 sq. ft. of 20-year-old engineered hardwood floors containing dozens of deep scratches and abrasions. Others we consulted doubted the job could be done at all and pushed us to do a full replacement. Juan, on the other hand, was confident he could do it and gave us a great price, as well, and he delivered! The end result was downright beautiful! I'm so glad we went with Juan. He was the first to respond to our request for quote, was at our property an hour later to analyze the situation, and provided us a very reasonable estimate for the work that evening. A week later, the job was scheduled, done and finished, and our floors literally look like they are brand new and ready to give us another 20 years! I will definitely use Always Improve Flooring again, and highly recommend them to anyone with flooring needs!

I don't think it is possible to have a better experience. They came in with a great bid, honest and transparent on the work. Showed up on time every day constantly. Cleaned up after every day.
