Refinishing wood flooring in two of my rental units; and 3. Leveling the floor of my garage and then installing new oak flooring as I was converting the garage into an ADU. "Could not have been happier with the flooring installation. The team came out and did a formal estimate, then worked with us when our timeline for installation shifted a few times. They were super fast - both in material procurement (we were working on a very condensed timeline) and in installation (everything was done in 1.5 days). When he came to give us a quote, Mike explained things in detail, including price, length of the project, and even ideas of things that we could do ourselves in order to reduce the cost. When we asked specific questions, he gave thorough answers and explained exactly how the process would work. We liked him immediately. When Mike and his crew arrived to start the job, all of them were professional and courteous. They arrived right after we left for work and were gone by the time we got home, so that was extremely convenient for us. Having other work done in our house, I have found the majority of the time contractors give a specific ETA and the projects always go longer than estimated. Mike gave a timeline and the floors were finished right on schedule. I have never seen that happen before.
