Excellent work abd speedy service-highly recommended

I recently had hardwood floors installed in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. They did the most wonderful job. The other top rated service providers listed on Angie's list didn't even want to touch it. They looked at it and said that it couldn't be repaired. This company was able to save my oak wood floors. They were able to make my floor look brand new.

His service was fantastic. He was very very good. The job he did was superb. This was the third time I have used him.

I had high hopes initially, as the the owner of the company, Victor was quite the salesman assuring me that it was a very simple job. The estimate was competitive and seemed like a great deal. I wanted my new finish to match the exisiting wood floors which was a deep honey color. He said that adding an 'amber seal' would give me that exact shade. I questioned him why we weren't staining and he assured me it was not needed and he would add another coat of sealer on top and it would be just perfect. My main concern was dust and how we were going to remove the furniture and where it could be stored during the process. Again he assured me, "it was no big deal", they would simply move the furniture outside and cover it with plastic sheeting and tape. They also would cover ceiling fans, wall hangings, etc. He mentioned that they had the new equipment which was 99% dust free. I was all set and 'moved' essentials into my office where I would be living for several days.

The whole operation became a nightmare. The first day they showed up 3 hours late. My furniture was treated like garbage, moved outside in bizarre locations, my bed being tilted on the ledge of the pool, my large antique dining table tilted on top of it, my chest drawers (with clothes) strewn around in the planting bed, etc. None of this was covered. Coke cans were spilled onto my bed and fast food wrappers and trash were thrown into my garden. The crew spoke little english, were rude and disrespectful. The furniture they did wrap, (after pleading) was insufficient. The crew used my bathrooms constantly and left them absolutely filthy. The dust got into everything and they ruined a few nice pieces of furniture, which I am still trying to repair. Most of what they moved back in the house was covered in sawdust, covered in bird poop and wet dead leaves with substantial scratches.

The floors came out way too light, not what I had in mind at all and don't match the other existing floors. There were several areas which had to be redone after inspection and that was not done satisfactorily. I am still finding trash left in various cupboards and puttied handprints on interior wood doors. I do not recommend this company for a private home. Possibly for a rental unit or commercial building if your concern is price.

Victor sent out Nicolas and his brother to do the tile installation. They did an excellent job and cut intricate shapes into the tile to fit around door jambs and the toilet flange. I think someone else would have just put a grout line there. Charged a reasonable fee to remove and replace the toilet. Cleaned up after the job, I even saw them vacuuming an area where they didn't do any work! Victor was patient with me as I had to postpone the job three times because my other contractor didn't finish when he said he would. Would definitely hire them again.
