I was referred to THE Water Heater Company by some friends, whose opinions I hold in high regard, and I was not disappointed. The company gave me straightforward options and said they could respond the next day and would likely be able to replace my water heater that same day. Marc was able to remove my old water heater and replace it with a great brand in the time he said it would take; moving everything up and down 3 flights of stairs and working in a small space. A great experience from start to finish: thorough review of existing equipment and services; thorough explanation of available options and explained better versus worse options; they said what they were going to do and delivered on that. Everything was straightforward and handled efficiently. It was also great to have someone who takes pride and is enthusiastic about the work they do.
