"Such a good experience from beginning to end! I came back from a trip to find my water heater was leaking all over the place. I was referred to THE Water Heater Company by some friends, whose opinions I hold in high regard, and I was not disappointed. The company gave me straightforward options and said they could respond the next day and would likely be able to replace my water heater that same day. Marc was able to remove my old water heater and replace it with a great brand in the time he said it would take; moving everything up and down 3 flights of stairs and working in a small space. A great experience from start to finish: thorough review of existing equipment and services; thorough explanation of available options and explained better versus worse options; they said what they were going to do and delivered on that. Everything was straightforward and handled efficiently. It was also great to have someone who takes pride and is enthusiastic about the work they do. "Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"
