The replacement equipment he recommended was less expensive than the other bids (by $2,000-$10,000). The installers were beyond competent and efficient. They removed the old equipment and left no debris from all the work they did. Bill explained use and maintenance of the system. He is knowledgeable and patient (answered all my questions) but he does not waste time. Wish I had called him first. If you enjoy high-pressure 2-3 hour sales presentations, go for it. Otherwise, call Cool Air Technologies."
