What initially started out as what I thought would be a small job -- replace a faucet that was no leaking for a 3rd time, turned into something much bigger when we discovered old pipes beneath the house along with pipes that were not sloped correctly (sewage water was sitting in the pipes where they dipped). I had several companies come out to give me a quote, and Victor's was reasonable and he walked me through everything.
Victor and his team were great. The job took about 2 days to do everything -- replacing the old shower faucet with a single handle, replacing the pipes in the wall for the shower with copper and then replacing all the outgoing pipes underneath that were either old or installed incorrectly. Victor and his guys were friendly and professional throughout and answered any questions I had along the way. Now have their magnet on my fridge for the next time I need a plumber!

I can't recommend New-Pipe highly enough, especially since they did this job 7 months ago & I haven't had the slightest hint of problems.  My house was built in the '40s, and beginning 2013, the sewer line repeatedly filled with roots .  It got so bad that I had to have it jetted out, at around $500 a pop, multiple times.  It turned out that previous owners had done cheap-and-dirty (literally, I guess) repairs in numerous places, and sections of the pipe were so offset from one another that the tree roots were having a field day (also literally) getting in.  I got multiple bids, & none of the options were good:  basically re-line the existing pipes, but lose capacity and risk roots getting in again; dig up & replace the entire line, which is about twice the length of a standard urban driveway; or pulverize the existing pipe & draw a new one behind the drill.  I chose the latter.  I got 3 bids, including New-Pipe, which I found through Angie's List.  Victor Torres came out quickly, camera'd the line, & was knowledgeable, professional & friendly. Their bid was also lowest of the 3.  I needed to do the job quickly for year-end tax reasons, & New-Pipe worked me in even though it was just before the holidays.  They showed up early, broke asphalt at the top of driveway & dug an enormous hole at the street level.  Even though Torres had estimated the job might take a few days, they were done in 1 long day.  I work at home, & while the jackhammering was loud, at no point were there radios with the volume cranked up or any of the usual annoyances.  The entire crew was hardworking & cheerful, which you might not find me if I had to dig a hole taller than my head.  As I recall, Victor then came back to make sure everything was done satisfactorily.  It was the  most money I've ever spent at once, other than buying a house or a car.  But if I had to incur that kind of cost, it couldn't have been a better experience.

James and his team did an amazing job of repairing our sewer line in the front yard.  They dug with precision and the project was completed in 1 day.  Its been over a year since and there have been absolutely no issues with our sewer line.   The price was fair considering the amount of manpower and tech that was used for this job.

They did okay. They were very personable. I thought the price was too much. You've got to keep an eye on it. They use sub-contractors and you've got to watch it. My daughter did it for us. It took a long time. Some days they were early and some days late. The professionalism depends on what sub-contractors are used. Some are 'A' and some are 'B' or 'C'.

I feel that parts and labor shouldn't possibly cost this much.  Also, when they connected the pipes they crossed the hot and cold water.  They had to come back and fix it.

The technician, Billy Gomes, was arrogant. He told me things that should be done immediately that clearly did not need to be done. I had attempted to clean it out myself, but unable to do this time. I had a bucket located near the sink when I attempted to clean it out. He tried to tell me that I keep a bucket there because it leaks all the time. That is not the case. He tried to tell me that the whole thing needed to be changed out! I am unsure why it was backed up, but he tried to tell me all the technical things that was wrong with what I had. I told him that I'd be happy to listen to the information, but I know my house and this is the first time I have had anyone have to do this service. He continued to push and up-sell the project to get more work. When he came back in for the payment he wrote on the invoice that the warranty was not allowed because I did not change out the parts he wanted me to change out. Even though there was no leak after he cleaned it out- he took off the warranty. He wrote on the invoice that the warranty was not valid and I wrote beside his note that it did not leak prior to this service. This should not excluded the warranty.

New-Pipe did a very good job and didn't rush things. Vresh A., the technician, was personable, adapted quickly to this not-so-usual facet design, didn't try to power through it clumsily like some plumbers might.  Really a good experience.

They came out and did a nice job. However they didn't honor the 10% off that they advertise on Angies List.

Four hours after calling New Pipe I had warm water again.  Couldn't be more pleased.
