"I've had to repeatedly call for plumbing service to clear a washing machine drain pipe, which is part of very old plumbing in a rental unit I own. With a previous plumber, they kept removing a replacing the fitting to the drain pipe. Personal plumbing simply installed, efficiently and at a reasonable cost, a drain clean-out (and I may not be remembering the exact name of this simple part).
