Vista is the best! They are very neat and clean and quiet.

Excellent service. Ray called ahead of appointment to confirm model requirements. He found that a leak was starting. I trust his judgment. I have used Vista plumbing for 20 years for toilet replacement to water heaters and I am always satisfied.

The plumber showed up on time and actually called when he was about 30 minutes away. He had the necessary repair part on his van and was able to complete the job in approx. 90 minutes. Nice attitude and cleaned up the area before he departed the bathroom. I can't say enough about Vista Plumbing. This is the 2nd time I have used their services and it is always perfect. Maybe a little pricey but to me it is worth knowing the job will be done right the 1st time.

The plumber showed up on time and was very pleasant and professional. He completed the job in approximately 1/2 hour which I thought was amazing. He took all packing materials with him and left the counter spotless. He did not try to oversell me any additional items over and above the work I asked to be performed. I would definately use Vista Plumbing in the future.

Good. He explained that the reason we were having problems with the faucet was because the opening in the granite was too large and over time it could happen again. He cautioned us to avoid moving the head to the side all the way to the stop on either side to prevent it from happening again. The plumber that had fixed it previously several years ago did not mention that.

They were prompt, courteous and left everything in good order. They also explained that it wasn't a bad faucet, but the problem was that the opening in the granite was too large and caused the faucet to move and eventually get stuck. This had happened before and the previous plumber didn't make us aware of that. They did a good job.

They went over and beyond the other plumbing companies I called for service. When I called to make an appointment, Brooke informed me that the parts should be covered under warranty; no other company offered this information when I called. I emailed pictures of my existing faucets to Brooke and she took care of the rest. The parts were shipped directly to my house free of charge. Once I received the parts, I contact Brooke to schedule an appointment for install.They were on time and did a professional job.

First, I called Vista Plumbing for an estimate. Ray, the plumber, listened to our concerns and explained what he could do to help with the rattling problem with the pipes and the hot/cold situation in the shower.  He gave me a number for the part needed (under warranty) and asked me to call when the part was received.  Next, when the part was delivered, a time was arranged and Vista Plumbing was here within the week.  In one day the water pipes were clamped and the shower faucet was replaced.  Now, everything concerning the water pipes are good.

I was happy with the service, the knowledge, the expertise, the punctuality, and the kindness.  In the beginning, he spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and answering our questions.  In the end, I received a clean, professional job.  I would recommend Vista Plumbing to my friends and family.

I also would like to mention the woman who answers the telephone and makes the appointments.  She was wonderful and helpful, very upbeat.  It was a pleasant experience talking with her.

We called Vista Plumbing and inquired if the give free quotes for
repairs. They do, we made an appt. Ray came within the time frame on the
first day. The job would cost $200 to fix but he would need to come
back the next day as he would need to get the appropriate parts. He was
rather busy the next day and wasn't as prompt the following day but is
always professional. He did the best he could but he had to come back
yet another day. With the end in sight, we all waited with baited breath
for Ray to say "All Done!". He was so kind he gave us a $100 discount
for all the inconvenience. We will use Vista Plumbing again and again
with any plumbing needs.

After 6 months of contractors for other projects, we appreciated vista's speed and professionalism. He did such a great job, we hired him to do other plumbing projects.

They did a great job. They were extremely flexible and worked around our schedule. The job site was left clean, all work was done correctly, and they finished in the required time-frame. They were always pleasant and easy to work with.  I have only positive things to say. Everyone at Vista was very profession and a pleasure to work with. Bob and Ray are a great team and I would certainly use them again and again.

I have used the company several times. One plumber came out and completed the job in a few hours. The are punctual, quick and efficient. Their staff is very knowledgeable. A younger technician came out to work on our dishwasher and I was very surprised about how much he knew. I have had no issues with scheduling.

It went good, they didn't clean up as well as I would have liked. There concrete repair wasn't the best. Put they worked quickly and got the job done, their pricing was better compared to others.

After replacing the leaking shut-off valve on the  toilet it was discovered that  the toilet had leaked in the past. and ruined the floor so that the toilet could not be reseated. We had to get a contractor to repair the floor. Then Ray, from Vista Plumbing, returned with a  new  upgraded which I chose and then installed it.

We heard water running in the wall and called the landlord with the news that something was really wrong.  He said people from his church had used Vista Plumbing so he and his wife used them once and he would send them out.  The man who came out found the problem immediately, shut off the hot water heater so we would at least have cold water and we agreed on when the work would be done.  When the man came to do the work (his helper showed up later) I clearly understood why Vista Plumbing came so highly recommended.  Ray, knew exactly what he was doing.  He went right to work, no messing around.  Everything was done with precision and they were very neat. There was very little mess and when they were done; they swept and vacuumed up.  I am very fussy about cabinets being wiped out with a wet cloth and Ray cheerfully did that for me before things were put back in.  When Ray and his helper left I had no mess to clean up.  These were the most respectful, polite and pleasant construction workers who have ever been in my home.  Highly recommended.

The fill hose for our hot water heater sprang a leak. It looked like it was an easy fix, but it was not an good time for us to fix it ourselves plus we had several other non-emergency plumbing issues to take care of. So we shut the valve and waited until morning to call a plumber. Ray came right on schedule, three hours after I called and replaced the hot water heater hose, fixed a phantom flusher, and replaced two tub faucets that "leak" water profusely when we want all the water to come out of the shower head. When turning off the water to the toilet, the old shut off valve broke. Ray quickly cleaned up the water,  then installed a new valve, hose, and parts inside the tank.
