Eddie from Steady Plumbing was amazing from start to finish. He provided a quote over the phone based on pictures of the work needed. He set up a quick appointment time and even texted to ask if he could arrive early. That never happens these days but sure is greatly appreciated! Eddie at Steady Plumbing is a conscientious and friendly professional. He did a great job installing our tankless water heater in a tight, tricky space. Added to that, he knocked out some plumbing issues that happened to pop up during that job, including a blocked drain line and wax seal replacement. Great work—thanks Eddie!

He showed up when he said he would. He was friendly & totally profess. The work was done very quickly & expertly. He kept to his very fair estimate & totally cleaned up. The experience was very enjoyable!!!

Promptly provided a detailed written estimate. Work commenced 2 days after I accepted the proposal. Eddie gave me a two hour window and the day of the work he provided an appointment within that two hours. Arrived on time and completed the job in the amount of time he predicted. Not a big talker, but a good communicator nevertheless.

Eddie communicated well and assisted in finding out good pricing on a Bradford White water heater. He offered very fair pricing and did a great job on the install. Very professional and he will be my plumber from here on.

My water heater went out on a rental property that I have in Vista, CA. I called a couple plumbers who I have used before and both of them gave me extraordinary estimates for a new water heater install. Also, one of them was going to use a Home Depot grade unit which was about $550.00...poor quality as I have used them before. I called Steady Plumbing and Eddie told me the units he liked to use, the price, and his availability that day. He worked with me on the price and it was very fair considering I knew the prices of Bradford White. He communicated well, showed up when he said he would, and tackled the job on the second floor of the condo. Great work and I look forward to using him in the future!

Job was fine

This was the only person that was willing to come out the same night so we could get hot water ASAP. All the others called the next day or had layers of staff to just get an appointment. The original water heater was defective, he got a new one & got us up & running the same night.

Eddie was very friendly and explained what he was going to do.

Steady Plumbing did a whole house repipe for us and replaced all our fixtures with new piping. Eddie is honest and does good work and is experienced and can give a good reccomendation. Also provides a very fair price, thank you again for your help.
