One thing to mention is that they do not hook back up the sink after the job. They were very clear about that in their estimate. We called a separate plumber for that the next day. Their work was timely and Mr. Suazo went out of his way to help so many times that I lost count. Several examples are: coming to the house when the insurance adjuster came out to ensure that the adjuster gave us fair and complete compensation for all repairs; installing new door handles and lighting plates at no charge for labor when he noticed they were old or tarnished; bringing tile samples to us several times and then going to a show room to help us select new tile; and many other extra efforts too numerous to list. "The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.
