Your guys CJ & Andrew were awesome! They did such a nice clean looking job! Super professional and very informative. They walked me through setting up the app for the whole house water shut off valve they installed and now I get a reduced rate on my homeowners insurance. They also found that my water pressure reducing valve had failed and replaced that at the same time. Couldn’t be more happy with the job they did.

Last night we discovered lots of water damage in our garage and knew there had to be a leak. We reached out to Personal Plumbing this morning and the reception staff was so helpful and kind. Thankfully, they were able to send Elias out the same day to help us with the leak. Elias was awesome! He was very polite, efficient, and communicated our plumbing issues throughly with us. If we had questions or concerns, he would talk through everything with us. When he finished fixing the leak and before leaving, he ensured everything was flowing smoothly and cleaned up the area. We appreciate Elias so much and recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues!

Christian installed a new thermostat and he was incredibly professional knowledgeable and nice I would Recommend Excel to To anyone looking for heating and air and I don’t usually write reviews but these guys were great!

They were extremely responsive and very professional. They offered us a reasonable price for the job and the task was done professionally. I would hire them if I need other plumbing work. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!

Wyatt was very nice and professional. He worked with efficiency and took care of everything promptly. He answered all my questions and never tried to push a repair or product that wasn’t needed. I will definitely use Excel Air again. Thank you!

I was a good experience, actually they made a scheduling error and they didn't show up on first day that they were supposed to and then they rescheduled it. As a result of that, they gave me basically two for one units done so they made an error and then they fixed it so I'm happy with it over all even though it was a mistake at the beginning but kind of stuff happens. The second time he showed up when he was supposed to. just one guy came out. He was there about 50 minutes

Friendly customer service and professionalism. Two guys serviced the unit and check each room in the house, as well as the inside returns and filters. They made recommendations regarding vent settings and leaving room doors open to improve return airflow.

Unfortunately, I needed an HVAC company to fix my AC during a heat wave. Most companies were 5+ days out before they could even diagnose our problem. Called 3 highly visible companies, from their marketing, who said they wouldn't even work on our unit. I went with a referral from a neighbor, mistake. This company took a week to get to us then the tech went MIA for 5 days with no contact when he said he would be back tomorrow with parts. Won't mention their name as there could have been multiple uncontrollable reasons why. I then did a lot of research on different companies across multiple review websites (including Angies) and Excel Air stood out. Once I spoke to the office staff, great experience, they had a tech out to our home in 2 days with our problem diagnosed. Our tech's name was Lucas who was efficient with his time, talked me through what was going on and gave us our estimate which we were happy to move forward with. Lucas fixed our problem in under 20 minutes. Me being me, I watched each step and saw the quality work. He even put in a fuse to ensure the same problem didn't happen again to our transformer. Once he fixed everything and got our new thermostat power, our AC has been working perfectly ever since. I'm now a really big supporter of Excel Air. Their office staff worked with our insurance company after hours and actually updated us (what company does this these days) the entire way. I can't tell you how impressed I was from their office, Lucas and most of all their successful resolution of our problems with our AC. Thank you Excel Air!

Great, they came out last summer when we thought we might be having some problems. Did a tune up and said it was in great condition. Working fine ever since. Would go back in a heartbeat!

It was fine.  I had no problems with Excel Air Corporation.  They came in January of 2017.  They didn't charge me any extra.  All the people I have work with through Angie's list have all been satisfactory.  The price was fine too, otherwise I wouldn't have purchased it.  You can give them straight A's because they've all been satisfactory.  I don't remember anything that they could improve, but they were all polite, did a great job, courteous and fast.  It took them, on the air conditioning, less than a half an hour.  The chimney took a little bit longer because it's a bigger job, but it took them about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. 

They were very good. The price was reasonable. 

They didn't recommend a expensive repair only what was needed.

They were really good and I recommended them to a bunch of people on my building and they helped all I think ten or twelve people in the building because they do a really good job and their prices are good and so everybody's really happy with them.
