"The plumber showed up on time and actually called when he was about 30 minutes away. He had the necessary repair part on his van and was able to complete the job in approx. 90 minutes. Nice attitude and cleaned up the area before he departed the bathroom. I can't say enough about Vista Plumbing. This is the 2nd time I have used their services and it is always perfect. Maybe a little pricey but to me it is worth knowing the job will be done right the 1st time."

We had discovered that our water meter was continuing to run, even though we thought we had no water on anywhere.  We found Top Notch Plumbing on Angie's List, and we are so glad we did.  Gordon referred us to a leak detection service, and then came out afterwards and fixed the leak that was found in our son's bathroom.

That leak required cutting a hole in the closet wall to get to the pipes because of the age of the fixtures.  Gordon also referred us to a drywall company who came out the very next day to repair the drywall.

He also pointed out to us that the main water shut-off valve to the house was not completely shutting off the water.  So he fixed that as well while he was here, as well as replacing the knobs on the shut-off valves in our guest bathroom.

We have a drain in our laundry room that needs snaking every 6 months.  Our previous plumber recently retired.  We will definitely be using Gordon at Top Notch Plumbing for that as well.

"We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"I called just minutes before 10pm and expected to be told I'd have to wait until morning for a plumbing issue. Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company.
