A 10 Step Process: 1. The appointment will be scheduled in a 4 hour window. All estimates are free. 2. You will receive a phone call from us 1 hour before the appointment to let you know we are on our way. 3. Our service truck will be parked on the street. We will walk up the driveway to get to your front door not on your lawn. 4. When coming into your home, we put on shoe covers to prevent dragging dirt onto your floors. 5. Once we have looked at the problem, we will give you several pricing options on making the repair. We can accommodate most budgets. 6. After you approve the work we will begin by putting down drop cloths in the work area to avoid scratching your floors. 7. The technician will then clean up his work area. 8. The technician will go over with you what he did and why, and explain the warranty that is included. 9. Payment is last. We accept all major credit cards and checks. 10.You will then receive a phone call to assure the service was good.
