Personal Plumbing came I utilized and offered same day service, did a fabulous job, which left my clients happy as can be. I absolutely recommend these guys!

Horrible service, they sent 4 or 5 guys over multiple days to and fix our water heater but we have been out of hot water for weeks. The problem given: { Remove company name} Vets for You did not install it properly. They finally fixed it, after I called and threatened to report them to the BBB, NATE certifiers, contracting board, etc. This company has an employee by the name KEITH Zxxxx who previously owned { removed company name} Vets for you plumbing and sold his company to Personal plumbing, because he knows his previous company was doing bad work and did not want to take responsibility for the problems he created. They also forced people to join a membership, to just sell the business in order to not have to honor any of the Promised perks of being a member. Keith personally came to my house and worked on the unit when we previously had problems and he was the own

Pleasant experience

It is a veteran-owned company, and they're punctual. What I like most about them is their price (very reasonable compared to other contractors).

We had them do an A/C HVAC tuneup. Our A/C unit is only a few year old but wanted to make sure it was running it top order. The service person arrive on time and was very professional. Our A/C unit did not require any repairs. He did mention that our air scrubber unit needed a new UV bulb, which I replaced at a big savings. He also made a recommendation that I should install a circuit breaker on the A/C unit and HVAC unit. Something that I will probably do in the near future. The service person was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Personal Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

We had a 20 year old bathtub fixture that leaked and we wanted to replace it with a new fixture that included a handheld shower diverter. The problem was that the home builder had enclosed the built-in tub in a raised platform that had tile on the top and sides, and they had not created an access panel. The only way to get at the plumbing without cutting through the tile was to cut a hole in the adjacent wall in our bedroom and crawl in under the tub platform. The plumbers said they could do this, and they included cutting the drywall in their bid. They cut open a small hole in the wall and crawled in to access the plumbing, which was several feet in. They did an excellent job replacing our tub fixture, and we are very happy with the results. The piece of drywall they cut out, to gain access, was nice and rectangular, and I was able to re-use it to make a new access panel, simply by putting a wooden frame around it. So I did not need to call a drywall person to repair the opening they made. They also replaced a toilet for us. A few years ago they did a lot of faucet and shutoff valve replacements throughout the house, and the work was excellent and reasonably priced. That's why we called them again for our current work.

They are very good at what they do and I feel very secure knowing they are nearby if I ever need them.

Service techs were on time and professonal. They were very helpful and patient with all my questions. Pricing was more than reasonable. Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

After requesting a proposal and date I received a text indicating when the estimator would arrive, then another text indicating the estimator was en route. After the job walk I received the proposal in a reasonable time and sent back approval. I then received an email asking when I would like to have the work performed. After approving my requested date I received a text indicating Cody would be performing the work and time at which he would arrive. Again I received a text when he was en route. Cody arrived on time and was very professional. After work was completed I received a text stating it had been completed. Two follow-up emails 1) asked for an assessment of the work and 2) provided the invoice. I will choose Personal Plumbing for my next plumbing need.

Great experience all around. Contacted several other companies - some never returned call, one couldn't give an accurate quote by phone?? Bob, the owner of Personal Plumbing, was responsive to phone calls and emails, and answered all our questions. We thought the price was very fair, and we appreciate the 60-day warranty on their work. Chris, the plumber, was great! Nice personalilty, very professional, and very thorough. Even checked our other toilets, water pressure, etc., before leaving to make sure all was in good order. And he left the place as clean as he found it. They will be our go-to plumber from now on.

I've had to repeatedly call for plumbing service to clear a washing machine drain pipe, which is part of very old plumbing in a rental unit I own. With a previous plumber, they kept removing a replacing the fitting to the drain pipe. Personal plumbing simply installed, efficiently and at a reasonable cost, a drain clean-out (and I may not be remembering the exact name of this simple part). I called them after a good experience when they installed a new tankless water heater in my home.

Personal Plumbing Inc IS THE BEST! At first I was a bit weary because they had only 15 reviews on YELP but all the ratings were 5 star. I'm so pleased to have contacted them! I will never look for another plumber because Oscar and Tyler were BEYOND awesome! Tyler was very personable and prompt with his reply from my message on YELP. He was willing to come the next day, but I was waiting for a replacement cartridge for my shower. We scheduled the appointment over the phone for the following day and one of the many reasons I like this company is because they give you a flat rate for what you want to do. Not only did the highly skilled and friendly Oscar fix my shower (low pressure when hot water was on), but he was also able to fix our kitchen sink (low pressure) and unclog a bathtub that we kept putting off. We even had Rooter Rooter come out to check the tub and they told us that they would have to breakthrough the ceiling in order to see what was wrong with the tub. They wanted to charge me $7000! Oscar fixed our tub (that many could not and tried) for $60 and it took 20 minutes! The total cost of the job for EVERYTHING was under $300! And Oscar finished everything within an hour! With the world being what it is at this time, we were really afraid to have someone come into our house because we are POC. But the plumbers at Personal Plumbing Inc see no color. I am just so happy and thankful to have found a honest, caring, trustful, and hardworking team. Only go to them for your plumbing needs,. You will not be sorry! We love Oscar!!!

Had to trouble shoot an American Standard Vormax toilet not operating correctly. Nothing on the web to help me, so I called Bob and Co. at Personal Plumbing and they figured it out.

IM really happy with their work

They did a great job on my tankless water heater install and I am going to have them back to do some more plumbing jobs around my house.

Multiple projects within a week: 3 toilets replaced, new water heater installed, ceiling patched from when a pipe leaked earlier and two new faucets. All 3 plumbers were clean, polite and on-time. Ed replaced the faucets and was done in less than 90 minutes. He arrived EXACTLY at 8:00 AM and went to work immediately. Once done, he showed me the parts he replaced and removed all the residue. I would have no hesitation in using Personal Plumbing again.

Personal plumbing was extremely prompt in responding to the project. Then performed the job with excellence, I also observed the technician was very helpful and explained the work performed perfectly. I appreciate the great job and will definitely rehire when the opportunity arises.
