Alex was efficient and punctual. Communicated with me throughout the entire process. Very reliable and professional.

Very professional. Work appears to high quality. Work included replacing a tangle of unnecessary piping and putting in a high quality valve in addition to installation of hot water heater. Good communication with company and the installer. Not the least expensive but I'd rather have the job done right. In the long run, that makes the most sense. I will hire again.

The company was gracious to schedule the replacement ASAP because of special circumstances. Gilbert replaced the water heater in an efficient and professional manner. Left the premise surrounding clean. Answered all question. Explained about warrantee and assisted with the process. Very pleased with this company.

Jose figured out the problem and quickly repaired it

According to my wife, it went very well and quickly, this was our first time going to Collins, Oliver was extremely friendly and professional.

I sent them the specifications for the existing water heater and they showed up in a couple of hours with a replacement on their truck. They added an expansion tank and a catch pan to bring the installation up to code. Everything went very smoothly.

Woke up to overflowing toilet early on Christmas Eve. Was extremely grateful that Aaron answered my call around 5am and was able to get James out to me just after 7am. James was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He provided an accurate quote before he started the work and was done quickly. Very respectful of property. James also came back to replace a different toilet for me. Once again very pleased with ease of scheduling with Aaron and James’ punctual arrival and excellent service and care throughout the job. Collins will now be my go to plumber for any future needs. 5 star

Our technician, James, was excellent to work with, and the company overall demonstrated excellent communication and professionalism. The owner called me promptly Monday morning following a holiday to schedule, and set an appointment for the following day. The morning of the appointment, the plumber James called me to say he was nearby and could come early. He wore a mask and offered to remove his shoes due to the rain. He was exceedingly polite and professional throughout. He diagnosed the problem immediately, and walked us through two options to remedy. We have decided to replace rather than repair the toilet, and will definitely use Collins Pacific Plumbing for that work. The service call fee of $65 was very reasonable, especially given the time James spent laying out options and helping me make a more cost effective decision.

Mike was terrific, not only did he reset our toilet he had some great ides about a plumbing mystery we have had. I'll be having Mike come back to rectify that situation, I feel confident he'll solve the mystery!

I was originally quoted $160, and it came out to be $175. Aside from the minor issue of the $15 increase the plumber punctured a hole in my dry wall when he tried to remove the tight fixture and had to cut it off, and ended up telling me that I could use some dap or cut a “nice piece of cardboard” to cover it up. I didn’t hire a plumber to fix one issue and cause another.

Had an emergency when I found my water heater was leaking in the morning. I called Collins Pacific and they sent out a tech immediately. The service tech was very professional and completed the water heater replacement a few hours later. I would highly recommend Collins Pacific to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Aaron was unable to answer my call but replied via text within 15 min. While he couldn’t guarantee a same day appointment, I received a call about 2 hours later from a technician arriving to provide service. Great service.
